Pauline Leung

I’m a Hong Konger who has lived in the UK for the past 13 years. I learned first hand the various challenges and opportunities when moving to a different country, starting a new job and learning to live in a multicultural environment.

As a learning and development professional and coach, I am passionate about partnering with East and Southeast Asian (ESEA) women, providing a non-judgmental environment that empowers them to embrace their heritage while confidently creating positive life changes. My approach is grounded in the principles of positive psychology, mindfulness, and habit-building.

Fave things: Sushi, Yoga and doing things at my own pace.

I am local to Cambridge and have dual heritage – my mum is English and my dad is Malaysian. There was only a small Asian community when I was growing up here, which has increased significantly in recent years. I think having a sense of community and belonging can have a really positive effect on people and it’s important to me to help create that. I work in community development and also as an ESOL English teacher.
